The restaurant has friendly staff, but the blonde woman who served me lacked manners and politeness. When I ordered a sandwich, she threw it on the counter for me to pick up. I used to frequent this restaurant when I was in Bishop, but now I hesitate to return because of the poor manners displayed by this particular staff member.

I am sad to see you leave and wish you the best in the future. It is unfortunate that the redevelopment did not offer you any help, I am really disappointed. Your food was always excellent, the staff was always friendly, and you will be greatly missed. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all a 5 out of 5.
