we arrived shortly before our reservation at 18 o'clock and sat immediately. we have told the waiting staff that we follow the maps after the phil around 8 o'clock, a time frame that we follow every month in different restaurants without problems. we were served only 7 at which time they threw a sirloin before my man and said his filet was over boiled. my gnocchi was gooey and tasteless, not to mention much too expensive for what it is. there was no spade in it and a few who were sitting up. the waitress said the big table order came in before us and therefore we were served late. we go in the rule to red prime for silvester and decided to try the hatch this year on the basis of several positive reviews. next year we are back at red prime the ambiente was okay. the tables seemed too close together. we are here on 7 november 2018 for our 8-year anniversary. our service was amazing. eating was decent, but a little above the price for what we have. the smoked salmon was divine. I propose to disappear on the salt. I had the mushroom paste and my man had the steak. I would suggest more salt in pasta, but the taste was there. delicious. the steak was also very good. they even gave us some extra gelato! we had a nice evening and I would definitely return. our ticket for two people with appetizer and dessert came to about $150.

I ordered the specialty peace chili cake and it was terrible and the server gave me the wrong price for it. if I have my bill, it will cost more. I asked the server about it and he was joking and said he had the price wrong. No one has paid me the difference. I'm writing the manager, but I never heard of it again. I will not go back

Great ambiance food is good for carnivore but not Much choice for healthy or vegetarian fare. Exciting to see this place hold such volume and diversity in age as compared to Coach House
