We hired G M to pour a driveway for my father-in-law, who can be quite hard to please. My husband, despite having a construction background, was understandably anxious about trusting someone since we live out of state and couldn’t be there to conduct interviews. However, Glen treated my father-in-law as if he were his own family. The pricing was fair, and they delivered on their promises, arriving exactly when they said they would. They were respectful throughout the entire process. Additionally, they kept their workspace clean and tidy, even with the messy nature of the job. I can confidently say you don’t need to look anywhere else; these are the people you want!
I submitted a quote request through HomeAdvisor, and for an entire week, Glenn repeatedly called and left messages while I was dealing with a family emergency. After a few days, I finally replied to let him know we were no longer interested. Instead of being understanding, he went on a rant about our lack of response, despite it only being a week. I tried to explain politely that we were facing personal issues, but he reacted by calling me a derogatory name and hanging up. It was both shocking and upsetting.
