The Inkan - Reservar una mesa

During my recent visit to Inkan, I had a pleasant dining experience. As someone who had ordered takeout from them previously, I found the food quality to be consistently good. The availability of private and public outdoor spaces was a rare treat, with interesting messaging throughout the area. The service was attentive, and I received everything I needed in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the restaurant offered a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and two TVs for entertainment.The food is served family-style, and I opted for the roast chicken with green sauce on the side, along with all the dishes featured in the posted photos except for the hot dogs with fries...

So i love the name Inkan, Causa with atun was on point really authentic flavor just like my mami made when i was little, the green sauce was fresh and bursts in ur mouth on the corn chips, the chicken was good the plantains were sweet, the aji de gallina was very disappointing its the 2nd time i go to a Peruvian restaurant where they completely insult what aji de gallina is supposed to be. If u cant make it to the quality it deserves why have it on the menu? Idk if other regions of Peru cook the aji de gallina sauce so watery and flavorless but its not what my authentic Peruvian born sister taught me to make, i brought it back home for leftovers but couldnt eat one more bite and threw it out...

Service is really slow and I get it might be considered good for most people because they are not rushing you through a meal to leave but I prefer service to be more timely. Also you shouldn’t wait until we put in our order to ask if we want something to drink let alone waiting that long to even serve water. Food portions compared to price don’t make sense especially since the food is nothing to write home about. Like it’s just average.

Located in a charming neighborhood, just one block from the subway, this restaurant creates a lovely ambiance with Spanish music that encourages natural conversation. The outdoor seating area, adorned with string lights, provides a cozy backyard atmosphere. The welcoming hosts offer excellent recommendations and serve up authentic Peruvian dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is superb, with perfectly cooked and tender meat, carefully prepared and seasoned sauces, and generous portion sizes served on hot plates. The drinks will transport you to a vacation paradise, and the service is top-notch. The outdoor garden offers both sunny and shaded spots, and reservations are easy to come by. Don't just take my word for it – come and experience it for yourself.

The Inakan is good nice little restaurant that’s tucked away from a busy street. The food was good but nothing really stood out. Definitely need to come back to try out some more options. Their pisco sours were great but they charged me an incorrect price while happy hour was going on. Good spot if there’s something specific you’re looking for.

Everything was just ok. Nothing overly special but also nothing terrible either. Just average. This feels like a place that you would find in a small town. With locals hanging at the bar. The roasted chicken was cooked very well.Vegetarian options: None. Ok maybe a salad and some sides, but that's none in my head.

I like my skirt steak but the chicken was dry, which was disappointing. I think prices are decent. Service is great and the workers are friendly. It's a chill spot.Food: 3/5

Delicious food and great selection of beer. The back patio is a lovely spot to dine. The service was kind and attentive. Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5 rating.
