I have visited The Inkan a few times and have sampled a variety of dishes from their menu, so I decided it was time to write a review. Every dish I have tried has been delicious, fresh, and authentic, and the prices are reasonable! The restaurant is conveniently located (just a 2-minute walk from the train station) and is very clean. The outdoor patio is a lovely spot to dine in warm weather. The service was good, and the owner is friendly and attentive. The staff is very friendly and helpful with ordering. Started off with drinks mojito [ok] margarita [Great] Started the appetite with 2 empanadas which were HUGE. It was a homemade corn dough that they were wrapped in.. DELICIOUS, stuffed withchicken and potatoes with their cultural seasonings. AMAZING Then main meals Chicken chicharonnes 25/5 Crispy, juicy, seasonedto perfection 1/4 chicken 5/5 Juicy ,moist ,skin doesn't become separate from the meat SIDES Mashed potatoes 4/5 needed to add alittle salt Rice beans 10/5 the beans really bring all of the food together. I recently tried the food at this restaurant and it was both delicious and authentic. I haven't tasted anything quite like it at other Latin American restaurants. I highly recommend trying one of their ceviches, as they offer a variety of 6 or 7 to choose from. The location is very convenient, located near a subway station in Long Island City. The restaurant is spacious, especially by New York standards. The prices are reasonable, as my partner and I paid $70 for a dinner for two before tips. I definitely plan on visiting again to try out some of their other dishes.

This restaurant has a warm atmosphere and serves incredible food! The staff is very friendly and the vibes are great. You have to try the Ceviches, they are the best I've ever had. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area. I will definitely return. Reserva una mesa ahora

The ceviche, despite being fresh, lacked enough marination and tanginess. The steak in tallarin was delicious and tender, but the tallarin itself was bland. The cilantro rice was also lacking in flavor.

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My daughter and I had a great lunch experience. The fried yuca was delicious, and the rice and beans were top-notch.

Oh my goodness! This place is marvelous! Kind and generous staff and the food is OFF THE CHAIN! So delicious and plenty to fill up on! The Spare Ribs! Dang! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

I ordered the seafood Parihuela Soup and it was not good at all! It tasted like tomato soup and was nothing like the original Parihuela Soup. I do not recommend buying it.

The food was okay. It didn't live up to my expectations. The Lomo Saltado was a bit bland and not as salty as I would have liked.
