The Irish Legend

I am not a local. I live in Oregon and come from the Caribbean. I drive big rigs and ONLY drink Guinness as I'm also 3/4's Irish. Met a lovely couple while there and Kai is gorgeous and one of the nicest bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of having been served by. I literally asked google for an Irish pub near me and if all the ones that popped up. I chose this one. One my next trip to Chicago, I will definitely be going back. The service is sub-par at best. The bartender that sounds like a man is rude to everyone and complains about money while sitting on the slot machines. Then acts bothered when you need service. The place smells like raw sewage 1/3 of the time, which causes concern about the health risk of consuming food from there. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This pub may be haunted! During lunch hours, it is staffed by very friendly accommodating staff. My dog was permitted inside so we could order and the kind lady behind the bar had dog friendly suggestions! The outdoor space is hauntingly fun! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great neighborhood spot to eat good food, enjoy company, watch the game, and have a drink. The Ruben fritters are a must! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
