The fish and chips consisted of just one small piece of what looked like cod, which was a bit disappointing since I expected more. The salad was generous, although it primarily consisted of iceburg lettuce. Overall, the food was decent.
My wife used the ladies' room and returned with a concerned expression, mentioning that the bathroom was in poor condition, reminiscent of a tram station. We’re not overly fussy, so it must have been particularly bad for her to comment on it. I understand it’s a pub, but it also serves food, and the manager should pay more attention to the facilities, especially with so few patrons around.

What a great establishment that is in its way out the door. The roof leaks days after no rain, the A/C has been broken for 4 months all summer long) I wasn 't able to stay more than 15 minutes due to how hot and stagnant the air was inside. We will see how much business they have once the new restaurants open in the square. It 's sad to say, but I really do not see this management/ownership around much longer. These only have to be paid reviews. We saw the reviews and decided as we were walking away, we would give it a shot. The atmosphere is extremely outdated. Booths and tables are falling apart. Also was not very packed for a Saturday night that was strange. The food was unusable and too expensive. Nachos tasted strange and microwave while chicken was over boiled and rubbery. We literally couldn't eat a single thing we have. Then to complete things, I was charged more than what I signed at the entrance. I checked my cargo later and it was more than what I had left with the top. It won't go back here.
Friendly staff, but moderate barfood with restaurant prices and small portions. The philly jumproll appetizer was good, but this is only 2 spring rolls for $13. The fish and chips come with only one piece of cod and the dough is perhaps only flour without other spices. We would recommend Captain D's about this tavern for food.

The bar had a good vibe but the woman bartending was extremely rude to us just because some of us asked for water (some of us ordered actual drinks though, it wasn’t just all water). She straight up refused to serve us water and used the word r**ard and other profanities.
The service at Iron Horse was great. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. Ordered a burger, grilled cheese with tomato soup and wings. I’ll have to try the traditional English menu items next visit. Restaurant has a good atmosphere.
Food was very blah. Had the chicken Monterey sandwich and it seemed to be mostly breading and was dry and pricey for the size of the sandwich. The whole menu seemed pricey and they charge 25 cents for any extra sauce you want.Food: 2/5
The terrace has a lovely atmosphere, with reasonable prices and hearty, delicious dishes. The service was pleasant as well. Just a heads-up: the kitchen closes at 10:45 PM on Saturdays (as of November 2022).
