The Island - Reservar una mesa

This place is situated right on the marina and subsequently has some pretty nice views, so it has the potential to be a very viable place where people living in the Texoma area can visit regularly. The waitress was very nice and the live band was also pretty cool. The reason I gave this place a bad rating is because of the food. The calamari came straight out of a box pretty gross. The club sandwich could have been done better by a kid in elementary school. If managementchanges this aspect of the restaurant and takes seriously that enjoying a good meal is important, I will definitely consider going back.

Very mediocre food for the cost. You are definitely paying for the proximity to the lake. The Food is basic sandwiches for a very high price. For $16 I would expect a little more than a small maybe 6 inch roll with a small handful of meat. My wife barely touched her fried catfish which was also absurdly $16. Restaurant interior was covered in flies so that made eating fun. Service was really friendly and prompt.

We visit the island grill on a regular basis. Love the atmosphere more than anything. Tonight was the first night we had to wait so long for a table, food was sub par and service was not great. Usually when I order nachos They are pretty good. Today I didn?t get any pico, the cheese was all at the bottom, steak was over salted. Bad bad, bad.

I was there at 2pm they are closed till 4 but there was 23 people there also that thought they were open including us. Google is a little off. But food was good just thought for $12 there would at least be 6 cheese sticks but there was only 5.

Love this place. The food is good, the music was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. I like that it is right off of the lake and there is usually a nice breeze. The food and drinks are a little pricey.
