We were extremely let down by our experience at The Ivy Hotel. My husband had made a reservation for us to celebrate our anniversary, but when we arrived for check-in, we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled. Despite having booked the room well in advance, we never received any notification via call or email about the cancellation. We had traveled for over an hour to get there, only to be turned away. This was especially disappointing as we have been loyal guests at the hotel, celebrating our anniversary there for the past 10 years.
