My internship was at the Rachel Upjohn Building, which is connected to the East Ann Arbor Health Center where the Java Spot was located in its basement. I really appreciated the Java Spot being there for me whenever I didn't pack enough to eat for lunch. It is a cafe, so they don't serve full meals, but they do serve various cafe food such as warm paninis, cold sandwiches, soups, chips, veggie trays, and baked goodies. They also serve Starbucks products, but don't be fooled; they are not a real Starbucks and therefore, can only make your basic coffee and tea drinks. All this being said, I only came here when I didn't pack enough to eat for lunch, so I never went out of my way to eat here.

Had gyro melt and turkey bacon sub. Shared with someone and gave us food poisoning. Do not recommend
