The Jolly Coopers Public House

We came across the Jolly Coopers by complete accident and we were so glad we did. We received a lovely warm welcome and so did our dog. We had a few drinks and a lunch from the huge menu. Our food choices were great and we both enjoyed our meals. If you're lucky enough to meet the little boy that lives there then your dog will be offered a most welcomed dog treat. We didn't catch his name but his Mum works behind the bar and he definitely gets his politeness and friendly manner from her. A warm welcome, great food and lovely atmosphere.

Friendly and inviting with delicious, freshly prepared food there is no greasy, fast food here. This is the second time we have visited recently and each time we were surprised at how many people were there as the pub is tucked away in a small, quiet village. The locals must realise how lucky they are to have such a gem. We will be visiting again soon and would definitely recommend you go there, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely pub. Nice setting and interior decor. Very friendly staff with excellent service and very good food. Varied choice on the menu. Lovely puddings. Went to celebrate parents 60th wedding anniversary.

A lovely beef Sunday lunch portions were just right didn’t feel over full or still hungry when we left food was hot and very well priced would definitely recommend.

Had Lunch today for a walking group 16 people service food excellent could not be any better no hesitation in recommending
