Marvelous food truck for unique tacos. The stand outs are the Cherry-aki, which is a teryaki based pulled pork taco with dried cherries and pineapple; the Thai taco, pulled pork with thai chili sauce and peanuts; and the Peking, a pulled pork with aChinese bbq flavor sauce and crispy fried onions. The other stuff on the menu, so far, are also really good and are worthchecking out. My husband and I enjoyed dinner at The Jolly Pig tonight. I ordered the Thai taco and the al pastor taco, while he went for the Korean and Jamaican tacos. Every taco was incredibly tasty! The al pastor was our favorite, even though it was a bit smaller than the rest. The staff were also very welcoming. We’ll definitely visit again when the food trucks return!
My husband and I had dinner from the Jolly Pig tonight. I had the Thai taco and al pastor taco. My husband had the korean and jamaican jerk tacos. All of the food was really good! The al pastor was the one we thought was good but not as great as theothers. The staff was also super friendly. If the trucks come around again we will be sure to stop!

This place is a bit of a chore to find but the Jolly Pig makes the journey worth the effort. I enjoyed the tacos and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This fact was the deciding detail that caused me to select this truck over others who work from here. Well prepared food served with a smile. I like it!
I attempted to reserve this truck for an event on Ft. Meade, MD and was willing to pay a hefty amount for their business. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and short on the phone. The food may possibly be good, however customer service needs extreme improvement. They lost upwards of $2,000.
I recently visited the Jolly Pig food truck at the 1623 Brewery in Eldersburg and tried six different tacos. Every single one was fantastic! My favorite was the Bavarian taco—it had such a distinctive flavor. I definitely recommend stopping by to taste it!
Tried the Jolly Pig while they were serving 1623 brewery in Eldersburg. We purchased an assortment of 6 tacos and they were all absolutely delicious. The Bavarian was my favorite. So unique. Would highly recommend ????

It's 2 a.m. on a Friday, and the food truck is nowhere to be found. It wasn’t here at 11 p.m. last night either. This spot is definitely unreliable, and their promise of being open 24/7 is clearly misleading.
