The Juicy Seafood - Reserva de mesa

First I want to say the food was absolutely amazing. We had crab legs shrimp with juicy seasoning. Unfortunately there were some concerns. Our waitress did not understand the menu and couldn’t correctly answer my questions. When I asked her a question she said “I can’t guarantee that” instead of saying “let me ask my manager.” I had to ask her to ask him, then just ended up having him come and answer the question himself. Also, the womens bathroom was horrific and I had to go to the mens bathroom for soap. I came at 2pm on a Sunday when they were not remotely busy and a bunch of employees were there so someone could have cleaned that bathroom and no reason why so early in the day that there...

I have eaten at this Restaurant several times in the pass. The service was average. On the evening of June 22, 2022 , I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant!! The waiter was inexperienced. His customer service skills were horrible!! The food was fair. Once we got our food, he never came back to the table to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was almost empty only two other people were dining in!!! This should have been an indication of the quality of service! It's unfortunate that the people working that evening, took no pride in their work. At this rate of service, I can see this restaurant closing soon!!!

The food is delicious. Seasoned and flavored to perfection. Fast customer service. Decent prices. Lovely ambiance. The music choice is great feels like fun vibes. Beautiful drinks. If I am ever out this way again I will definitely be coming back. Literally the best lobster I have ever eaten. The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because the way the manager dictates and hovers over her staff was very uncomfortable to watch. It's like you could feel the energy of the staff shifting when it was happening. I felt bad for those girls but they kept a positive outlook and kept the customers satisfied. Great job ladies.

I recently visited from Texas and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was exceptional; everyone went out of their way to take care of us and made us feel welcomed and happy. Laylay was our server and Tam was our bartender, who made an amazing tequila lemon drop! When you stop by, make sure to try their delicious sauces! The prices were better than in Houston, but they could improve their peak system. Gratuity goes to the whole team, and while Laylay was incredibly attentive and patient with us, I felt she truly deserved a little extra, although we were already planning to tip well. My husband I went there last night to have dinner. We were told to sit in our car don't know why because there were people sitting inside waiting to be seated clearly it was room for us to sit, but okay. We were seated after 10 minutes of waiting, but what got me is it took about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order and when our order was taken our waiter pants falling to the ground he was he was sweating profusely no mask very unprofessional

After my son's football tournament, we decided to dine out and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was exceptional and seemed to really care about our visit. We ordered a large platter of steamed seafood, which included shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tails. It was served hot and seasoned perfectly. My son enjoyed some great drinks, and overall, we had a fantastic time!

The food had great taste and good portion, now for what I was so skeptical was what other reviewers were talking about, the restrooms. They do need attention. In the women's there is only two stalls and for them to be dirty is not healthy. I had to flush one in order to use it, but here are some pictures.

Food is delicious. The Cajun seasoning is my favorite so far, got to go back and try their juicy seasoning. The shrimp and crab were great but the real star for me was the potato's and sausage at the bottom of the bag. Spicy food lovers will enjoy this place a lot. Reserva una mesa ahora

this place also surprisingly brilliant! my waiter was great, that was even better, and my drinks were just a little strong, but I had the atmosphere there. will definitely come again often. the prices were also acceptable!

We were seated promptly, and the place appeared clean and well-maintained. Our food was served hot and on time! The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for seafood enthusiasts.
