I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which I could only place through the app, and the food was absolutely terrible! I ordered the lamb kebabs, but what I received looked nothing like kebabs. It resembled something that had come out of a sausage-making machine. While I enjoy spicy food, this dish was so hot that if there was any lamb flavor in it, it was completely overwhelmed. My guess is that they must grind all the ingredients together and shape them into what I ended up with. There was no rice, no pita, and the green sauce was unnoticeable under the excessive spice of the processed meat. I took a picture but can’t share it. After just three bites, I threw it in the trash. Never again!

We arrived at the restaurant on Thanksgiving Day for lunch around 1:15 PM and it seemed we were the first customers of the day. It took about 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and then we had to wait around 40 minutes for our food to be served. The service was extremely slow. We didn't want to complain too much, but we were quite hungry and hoping the food would be worth the wait. Fortunately, it was fantastic! We ordered Tandoori Masala Jhinga, a homestyle chicken curry (I can't recall the exact name), one roomali roti, and one tandoori roti. The food deserves four stars, and it would have been five if the service had been better.

While we didn't complain much, we were very hungry, hoping that the food would be worth the wait — and it definitely was! We ordered Tandoori Masala Shrimp, Hausstil Chicken Curry (I can't remember the exact name), one Roomali roti, and one Tandoori roti. The food was fantastic, earning a solid four stars; it would have been five if the service had been better.

We have been loyal customers of the Kebab Factory for a couple of years, but it appears that there has been a change in management or the chef. We used to look forward to our visits and savor delicious meals, but our experience today was quite disappointing. The food was below par; many items on the menu were unavailable, and those that were served were barely palatable. It's sad to witness a once-excellent North Indian restaurant lose its quality. This is a great spot for fried rice and kebabs. The service is excellent. The chicken wings are a bit salty, but that can be adjusted. There is parking available at the back. I highly recommend it for Indian cuisine in Metuchen.

The kebabs here are incredibly delicious. We ordered a variety, trying one of each, and they did not disappoint. The service is quick, and the lamb and prawn kebabs are cooked to perfection. Simply amazing!

I had one of the best goat curries I've had in months! The service was incredibly fast and attentive. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
