Disgusting customer service I got a kebab delivered payed for the kebab along with delivery I told them NO SALAD they had covered it in salad I complained at 5.11pm was advised another would come and to give the old one back 4 hours later they still hadn’t come in that time I had called they was just telling me it was on the way never did it turn up then had the audacity to tell me to bring the old kebab into the shop 4 hours later hold on I payed for delivery it’s your error to pick the kebab up and sort it! The kebab house is by far my favourite takeaway and is worth the travel from shaw in Oldham, I have been coming here for decades,this is by far the tastiest mix kebab around ,and it is same quality and taste consistently. There are other places I do like but if I had to pick one place this would be my first choice . The place is so clean,the brothers work hard and are smartly dressed in uniform, and they are organised . The takeaway has 6 donner machines rotating combine that and massive array of orders waiting to go on deliveries it tells how busy they are and how good their food is. Keep up the good work brothers, and may Allah give even more success.
Paid almost £18.00 quid for a donor and lamb tikka on garlic nan with sauce and salad with go large and a side portion of chicken pakoras and extra onions and peppers. When the food arrived and I opened the kebab there was no salad on it and it was definitely not a larger portion the meat looked lost in the middle of the Nan, The pakoras had very little chicken in them in fact is was mostly soggy batter. The sauces are obviously straight out of a cheap bottle and not home made. Don't waste your money there are much better kebab houses out there with better service and much better food.

Paid £15 for a chicken Tikka and Donner mix kebab deliver a couple of miles away. Went large and added hot sauce. Kebab arrived in a timely manner. Fresh and tasted good. I couldn’t fault the food. Why 2 stars? It was tiny had I ordered a standard size I would have been disappointed. The fact that I did pay extra to go large makes me feel completely dissatisfied. I won’t be ordering again. Shame.
I drove 30 minutes to meet friends for a meal. We all ordered at the same time, but my food was forgotten until after everyone else had finished eating. When my meal finally arrived, they offered to pack it up to go since I had decided to cancel my order. No apology was given, leading me to believe this is their normal level of service.
Never ever in years have we had a disappointing meal from here. Food is spot on, always hot, fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly. Only down side is constantly engaged when ringing to order but shows how good it is as always swamped with orders. Recommend to anyone, defo need to start doing curries
Food was too spicy. They play drill music. I felt as though I was in a SW London night club. Not a family friendly place. I had the mix kebab.
