It was bad from the start when Chad (the General Manager) failed to actually to log our reservation for 12 people celebrating mom’s 90th birthday. Fortunately we caught this and ‘rebooked’. However, just before we arrived, they called and asked if they could put us in the Lounge, without considering or advising that we were now having to climb onto high bar stools in a room with very loud music. We were jammed into a corner where 8 people were expected to share a bench on one side of the table. Meanwhile the Dining room was mostly empty and quiet. It did not get much better when it came to the food. Several people were served something different than what they ordered, including my overcooke...
Went here last night for Valentine's Day. Everything was amazing except for my fiancee's rib steak. The cut was not a good cut and practically all fat. We addressed this with our server who involved her manager, Tyson. Tyson went above and beyond to make it right knowing we were looking forward to the special night out. He offered to replace the meal and took it off our bill knowing none of it was touched. We also got sent home with complimentary dessert. You could really tell that Tyson cared and was not just going through the motions. We always go to this location on special occasions and this negative experience turned positive will always resonate with me because of him. Thanks again Tys...
My husband and I had dinner here to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a reservation and were seated immediately (in the penalty box lol). Our server was absolutely phenomenal, he made sure we were well taken care of without being pushy. To top it of the manager gave us a mini bottle of champagne and a free dessert to help us celebrate. We will definitely be returning, and recommending it to everyone I know. This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, the only downside was the parking lot was really full .
We don't visit the Keg often and this was our first visit to this location, and it's our best Keg experience to date. Tom provided great service and was friendly and professional. All of the food was also great calamari app, prime rib steaks with twice baked potatoes and bearnaise sauce, and a creme brulee to finish. Atmosphere on a Saturday night felt relaxed even though it was a full house and busy. The ambiance was just right (other Keg's we've been to are too dark with their lighting). Nothing but positive comments about our experience.
This is the first time I have visited the keg, and it blew away all of my expectations. The service was amazing and very friendly. I ordered the blackened chicken and I have to say it was probably the most delicious thing I have ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the garlic confit was unbelievable. Definitely going to visit here again
Our Server Hayden was fantastic!! Despite the restaurant being really busy, he was attentive, friendly and professional. Our food was served quickly but became cold fast because we were sitting below an A/C vent that was blowing cold air on us during our meal. Regardless, we will return to the Brantford Keg which is our favorite Keg.
