I brought a shrimp and fries meal from this place today the girl that took my order was awesome yet when I bit into my shrimp it had a spoiled smell to the shrimp. After returning back to the cashier who was absolutely helpful. I explained that the shrimp smelled spoiled and I would like to receive my money back for the shrimp and just keep my fries. I've tried their food before and had a good experience, so I decided to order more this time. I am really disappointed! I spent nearly $200, and the shrimp were so overcooked that peeling the shells off was a struggle. The shrimp meat came off with the shells, making it impossible for my family and me to enjoy the meal. The crab legs were decent, but the flavor of the sauce was not what I expected. It’s my first time visiting this mall so I was stunned to see a Kickin’ Crab here. The mall was super packed and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the 1lb of shrimp (medium kickin style shrimp). The downside is that they don’t have all the full flavors; however, it’s understandable because this is an express pop up. The employees were efficient and nice. The area looks clean and well put. Keep up the great work!

The kickin' crab was spicier than I initially expected. We ordered half a pound of jumbo shrimp (with the heads removed), and it was fantastic! I recommend ordering a full pound instead; it will save you a bit of money and time since you'll definitely want that extra half pound. The sides looked appealing, but we didn’t try them this time.

Got the fried shrimp and fries. The cashier mentioned the Cajun seasoning was spicy but I said that be fine. For $12 you get 6 shrimp and fries. The worst ever. The seasoning was sweet and it over powered the whole meal. Way way too much seasoning I had to remove the coating from the shrimp and tossed out the fries.
The food does not match what is advertised in the pictures. I got the Fried Fish Tacos and the pieces of fish were super tiny. I returned it with no refund given. They only offered to fry another piece of fish! Do not waste your money!
Don't come here.. go to the real one. Shrimp is so dry.. they will charge you extra for the sauce.. flavor is bland. Disappointing.
