The Lakeside Brasserie

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I had lunch there with a friend today. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great view of the lake. The restaurant had a simple, modern design that I found to be clean and pleasant. We ordered the Caesar chicken salad, which was generously portioned with a lot of chicken. We also shared a serving of squid, which was also quite large. The food was tasty and satisfying, especially considering the reasonable price (14.5 for the large salad bowl). The service was quick, but it's worth noting that we were the only customers along with a lady, so it may be different when the restaurant is busier.

Good pleasant dog friendly cafe on the water’s edge. We came for afternoon coffees. They were of good strength and came with a biscoff biscuit. Downsides are the toilets (cold, outdated and dirty) and quality of the staff (slow making drinks and two tables remained uncleared yet the staff weren’t busy we were the only people in the cafe so it was strange to see tables left uncleared). I’d recommend it as a place to come, and it was great to see the water sport activities you could do from the cafe.

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was great.We have been more than happy with the ladies which served our table. We felt spoiled by the waitresses. Thank you for your fantastic service and food. Atmosphere was amazing . It's a superb location with the beautiful lake. There is only one issue with this place toilets are disgusting, dirty. Broken Toilet seat and no toilet paper in the ladies. Parking: It's really difficult to find the parking space as is very small parking

I have visited 4 times this year for breakfast and every time has been lovely. Excellent location right by the lake. Dog friendly. Lovely breakfast menu. Great service. Recommended to book. as regular here I would definitely recommend! next to the magnificent view of the sea and water sports, eating is brilliant and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. an additional bonus is that it is also dog friendly
