Our visit to The Lamb Inn was delightful. The table service was good. Polite and happy staff. The food was beautiful. The wine was very smooth in taste. Merlot and the Shiraz. Our only gripe was they had a band on for that night They were ferrying the kit past us as we were eating which was a little off putting. Also they set the one speaker right next to our table so we chose to move after we had eaten, before they started playing. On a positive note we managed to get a table in the bar section and the band sounded good. Maybe prior planning on table placement in future.
We had a very enjoyable meal at this restaurant. The gluten-free menu was good, but the only strange thing was when we ordered Hasselback potatoes, the chef said they couldn't be made. We ended up getting mashed potatoes instead, which was fine, but it was confusing why they were on the menu if they couldn't be made. Overall, the service was great and attentive.
Revisited the lamb after our 1st experienced, cannot complain about anything. Food still at highest standard recommend people to visit. Recommend the scallops and black pudding with the shank of lamb beautiful. Staff friendly, polite helpful.
The food quality is excellent and delicious, the service staff is top-notch and always willing to assist. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

The dining experience was satisfactory and the staff was accommodating and pleasant. There were multiple seating options available.
let them be of bad service, server looked ruffled and one of them fell plates with left over eating on them. the food was good.
Disappointed that lamb shanks were off the menu . Beef was tasty but carved too thick which rendered it a touch tough.
Easy to park, good friendly service, good quality food well served, what’s not to like.
