"Hard to find a parking spot and housekeeping is terrible. They are supposed to do the rooms every 3rd day. But I haven't seen them and it's going on my fifth day. You have to run the water for 7 to 8 minutes in shower for it to get any cold water. Maintenance check it out and it initially was at over 110 degrees."

Don 't get sucked in by the fact that their prices are usually lower than Marriott or Westin. There is a good reason. First, I have never arrived at this Hotel to find all the handicap spaces taken by people who paid for long-term parking without handicap placards. I 've reported this numerous times and nothing is ever done about it. This time, I 've called the police and I 'll let them deal with it. Parking around back is ridiculous. I was checking in by myself and unfortunately, I am in town for work and have to have five bags. A purse, an under the seat bag, my laptop bag, a bag full of heavy work equipment, and my small suitcase. There are only about 20 spaces out front of this hotel. If...

Absolutely NOT worth the price tag. The amenities are almost non-existent for the room. Examples you ask? Got it. 1. The king bed contained a sheet set and a blanket the thickness of a paper towel. I had to call the front desk for extra2. There is a single cup coffee maker in the room, but no utensils anywhere around to stir in creams or sugars. I had to visit the front desk.3. There was Earl Gray tea, an orange tea, and 2 medium roast coffees. No decaf. I had to find the cleaning crew to ask for some. 4. If you need a bed to sleep on this place will do. I was expecting a little more, considering it's a Sheraton and looks nice from the pictures online, however, the entire 2nd floor reeked of weed so maybe they're a smoke friendly hotel? They do serve breakfast but the attendant was nowhere to be found, so good luck grabbing a bite in the morning. After I waited about 10 minutes at the counter for service I gave up and later found out I wasn't the only one who didn't get service. He even dropped off passengers who were only using the airport parking at their vehicles, saving them a trek to the back parking lot. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that Scott provided to make our last-minute stay at the Sheraton enjoyable. Team members like Scott are what build customer loyalty and truly differentiate a brand, especially in today's environment. The Sheraton is fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional manager who is willing to do whatever it takes to enhance the customer experience. *I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to some maintenance issues with the rooms that were unrelated to cleanliness or staff... the hotel was beautifull. My stay was lovely. However upon returning home from my trip, I reviewed my credit card statement and a charge of $25.00 was added to my final bill. I did not recognize the charge or was aware of any purchases or service I made have used. I called the hotel and ask about the charges I was referred to accounting dept. When I finally got thru to the accounting dept. I was told an investigation would be done and I would be called with the results. I was never called. Also I was hung up on and I made 5 calls to this hotel. It has been over 7 days and i feel as though this is PADDING THE BILL ILLEGEAL CHARGES. I recommend everyone check their bill.

During my stay with a group, I found that some rooms had microwaves while others did not, so it's worth checking if you'll need one. The Member's Lounge was open 24/7, offering a complimentary breakfast in the morning and a nice selection of finger foods in the evening. Refreshments and bagged snacks were available at other times, which was a refreshing change compared to many places that make excuses for not having their lounges open. My only criticism is that the common areas, particularly the elevators, often seemed somewhat haphazardly cleaned. It was noticeable but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

I apologize, but I need to share my honest experience. I arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, hoping to check in early. I was informed that check-in was not until 12 PM. I waited in the lobby and noticed several other guests checking in, so I approached the front desk multiple times. However, I was told that there were no available rooms. I checked back at 1:30 PM and still nothing, even though I saw others being accommodated. When I returned at 3 PM, the situation hadn’t changed either. Finally, we were able to check in at 5 PM! I can't believe that happened. I've never encountered such a delay at a hotel, especially after flying in from another state.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my family when visiting my brother. There was a wedding during our stay and there was no parking so we had to park on a side street and like others mentioned the parking area is not well-lit at all. The room was large but the most annoying thing was that the walls are EXTREMELY thin. Our neighbor had a cold and kept us up all night with his coughing and sneezing. The desk staff seemed exhausted and weren't too helpful about the parking situation. Will not stay here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

My boyfriend card was overcharged, and all everyone kept saying was it will fall off. No one even tried to figure where the charges came from. The charge should have been $230, but was charged $622. The charges did fall off, but the principal was it should have never been charged and no one tried to help. Very poor customer service.
