The Lightship Cafe At Grays Beach Park

We have been today there for a child birthday party. The room was stinky and very cold, and the staff very rude, not allowing children to play in the soft play, even though the soft play was rented for the party. The owner just took a chair and stood in the soft play looking after the children. omg what can I say what a beautiful place you lot have made it become..it's like a holiday park right on your door step...today was the day I see my dad smile so much and that's all thanks to the amazing Hugo the hamster also the way u was my children my little girl won't stop talking about how Hugo is her new best friend and she can't wait to see him again...the staff at this place r truly amazing and I want to say a MASSIVE thank u for bringing Gray's beach back on the map… See more

my family and I visited the caffe yesterday morning and the personal was so friendly and welcoming. the soft play area is brilliant for children to burn some steam while parents can drink a hot, inexpensive coffee. Oh, and the samosas are delicious! we'll be back soon!

I highly recommend this restaurant, it is the best it has ever been. The staff are always friendly and polite, and the food is delicious and great value for money. Plus, they serve delicious ice cream.
