The Lilly With Rooms

Called in for afternoon coffee. I placed my order at the bar with a guy who couldn't even bother to speak...no welcome or acknowledgement of my order.....or thanks for my first (and last) custom. The decline in customer service across the UK runs parallel with the breakdown of polite society. Unfortunately, the experience at The Lily is just another example and spoilt an otherwise pleasant afternoon in a great location

Beautiful rooms. I had the most fabulous stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and decorated lavishly with chandeliers and we had a whirlpool path in our fabulous bathroom! Staff were lovely too with some good recommendations to visit places in the town. Only slight issue is our room didn't have toiletries in when we arrived but when we queried if got sorted quite quickly after.

This should be a beautiful sea fronted pub but we were bitterly disappointed. The hanging baskets and tubs were dying or dead fro. Lack of watering. The customer serve was very cold and un welcoming. We ordered a light meal but when it arrived it was badly presented and very bad value for money. I feel really bad to give this review it could be such a wonderful place.

This is a lovely restaurant situated on the West Shore of Llandudno, which was ideal for us since we were staying right across the street. We had gone into town for our evening meal, but it turned out to be disappointing. So, we decided that our final meal of the holiday would be at the Lilly. The cooked breakfast was a star, however it would be great if we knew what the breakfast included. The sausage and eggs were fab. It was a good stay. However the bathroom would need the shower to be hunged up instead of the bath, it was a bit difficult to shower without the shower hung. Good for a short stay. Location is great.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I had the signature 'Kelly 's ' burger and my partner had 'Mussels in Garlic ' absolutely fantastic foot, great prices and service with a smile, the place is modern and trendy aswell. This was a birthday treat for my partner and one to remember. Thanks 11/10 for me, well worth a visit.

During our visit to the area, we dined here three nights in a row. Our first night was particularly memorable, as the meal was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging. We will definitely be returning. It’s a lovely spot with beautiful views.

We enjoyed a fabulous New Years Eve party to see in 2023. The first one in 3 years and probably our best ever. Delicious food, great entertainment and dancing. Service great too. My perfect night. Thank you The Lilly. Do hope you repeat next year. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a fantastic Sunday afternoon enjoying drinks with good friends and our dogs. The place is great under the new management. I'm excited to try the food and can't wait to come back this summer.

Sat outside for drinks so can't speak to inside but drinks were nice, good selection, and dog friendly. Excellent location right on the front.
