The Lion - Reservar una mesa

our second stay in the golden lion and we have breakfast and din in the restaurant at both locations. the personal was always pleasant, attentive and helpful. the restaurant eating was good, we have a special steak and mushroom cake at one of our meal times at this opportunity cost, and it was most substantially and filling we had to go to dessert! the restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat and I appreciated the drowned thwaites beer.

Possibly the best breakfast roll in Yorkshire, combined with lovely warm and relaxing surroundings throughout. Great coffee too and really happy to allow me to work from the lounge whilst my car was in for a service and MOT. Thank-you. Service: 5 Location: 5

we had dinner here last week. we often go to the sister pub in keswick (royal oak). very nicely furnished comfortable and stylish. waitress was attentive, cheerful and helpful. a beautiful evening and a delicious heavenly gin and tonic!

What a really nice place. Very professional, well organised and friendly. Decent beers, stunning breakfast and cosy room. The building is much bigger than I expected with well utilised outdoor space. I bet heaving in the summer
