I was visiting Maine and always love to try new places. Came across this little gem and am so glad I tried it! I was hesitant at first because my last crab roll from Maine had too much Mayo for my liking. I changed my mind from the crab roll to the half and half and it was amazing! I can’t choose which side of the roll I liked better! I savored every bite! The side salad was unique but extra tasty as well! The employees (maybe owners were super nice and hard working! I definitely will be back on my next trip!
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy some tasty lobster rolls. We found everything we ordered to be delicious and reasonably priced. The staff at Lobster Shack are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. They are following Covid protocols well, although it can get a bit crowded due to the small size of the restaurant and its popularity.
We stopped dead in our tracks when we saw last Friday's special: hot dogs and HOMEMADE baked beans! Delicious! I can't make homemade baked beans for the life of me so this was a real and rare treat. An added bonus was being able to sit and eat outside on a beautiful day and watch all the comings and goings on Main Street. Thank you!

We thought the meals were a little pricey, BUT WORTH IT!!! The meals we had were really good and you get a good amount of crab and lobster!! We will return. We love the umbrellas and the ambience of the place. Great little spot!! ???
This place is tucked away around the corner, but such a good find!! Cute little outdoor seating area. This was our first taste of lobster in Maine we were not disappointed! Super tasty super friendly staff!!
The gazpacho, lobster roll, and half and half roll (lobster and crab) were exceptional. The chef mentioned they had them first, so there! I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
Very cute hideaway, the owners were kind and down to earth. These Midwesterners found the lobster overpriced and rubbery, but we also don't know what lobster is supposed to taste like.
