The Local - Reserva de mesa

Went on $15 Parma night, plenty of choices on the menu, and the serving was big and nice just what you would expect. Had a few of the Furphy beers on tap, cold and refreshing on a hot day. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. Don't expect nice, clean and yuppy. Like the pub of old, it's rough, ready, honest and unpretentious. A place to take your mates or your sheila, not your mum.

We visited as part of a group. My standout memory on a Monday evening here will be of the ringing of a loud bell at 10.30pm, signalling it was time to leave! It took over an hour to serve main courses to our group. My Beetroot Salad was quite nice; but my partner's Barramundi was ordinary. There was nothing at this venue that would make us want to return.

Always walking past the window and viewing patron's yummy pub meals enticed me to walk through the door and inhabit this pub.Daily specials are great and it was ideal to watch the Aust Open Tennis. No pretentious staff only welcoming staff.Great and affordable food and nice atmosphere.Ticked all the boxes for me, my family and friends.

We are regulars and always liked the food here. Took friends over the weekend, 5 items on the menu unavailable including mashed potato! Portions were very small and the serve of chips was not enough for a child and cold. They used to be awesome! Very disappointed and hesitant to return especially with out of town friends. Most enjoyable! Went for a selection of the small plates which are $8 apiece on Tuesday. The three ladies at the table along from us did the same! The winter sunshine was lovely to bask in and imbibe a wine for myself and a beer for my bloke!

I have gone to have a couple of drinks with some work friends. Very nice place drinks is not to expensive. Fooled and service are excellent and a really nice ambience. warm and nice location. Beautiful people, amazing vibes and friendly staff

Thursday nights at the local are great. $15 for a Parma. They are huge and you get 5 different toppings to choose from. They change weekly. It looks like an Irish pub but great beers on tap and good local vibe. Go hungry and leave full!!!!

Great little pub with good pub food and good sized serves, also the run weekly trivia which we decided to stay for, we were in the running after three rounds, but sadly dropped off in the last two. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great pub, very friendly staff and very good food. Classic position near the harbour and good to eat outdoor or indoor. Well worth a visit.
