Fine food and fantastic service! The loft is part of the assembly hotel, which is fucked under the floor directly under the lobby. This was my first time at the Loft food and I'm impressed with her food. The service is perfect and the server that served us was very pleasant and attentive. We were very well supervised by him. With the recommendations of the waiter we have a few of the popular dishes of the restaurant, the Poke Bowl and Hummus with bread as appetizers and five main course consisted of a steak with sweet potatoes, two salmon, a pasta with chicken and a fried chicken burger. I had a salmon dish and that was the best salmon I ever had when the meat was so tender and the skin was crispy. The purée that accompanied the salmon was so delicious. I wiped the plate clean. My wife also shaved over the steak she had. She loved the taste and how she grilled meat. The fried burger should be her customer love and my friend who ordered it became a fan of this burger. The dessert was also amazing. We ordered the house to share ice. We were so impressed by the presentation of dessert and did not want to eat it to avoid the arrangement on the ice. Overall, the foods were very good, but they come to a very steep price-day. Be prepared to spend some money on the meal. The restaurant offers a validation for parking.
