My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant for an early Sunday lunch. We had previously visited for drinks and were impressed by the menu and staff, so we decided to return for a meal. I was particularly impressed by the variety of options on the menu, with a good selection of fish dishes in addition to the traditional Sunday roast. My wife started with marinated sea trout, while I had the beautifully presented oysters which were very tasty. We had a lovely birthday dinner in the outside seating area. The food was amazing and I would particularly recommend the mussels, the beef carpaccio and the main course of cauliflower with an absolutely delicious dressing. Our waitress was great and very patient with us as we decided to move tables once she had battled with the original table to make it larger for us. We will be back very soon. Thanks to the team!!!
This is definitely the best food in the area pub or restaurant, been soooo many times and always have an absolutely amazing time. If I were to make one tiny criticism, I go there so often that it’d be nice if they tweaked the menu occasionally put some specials on, I’ve eaten the whole menu
Another delicious meal at The Lordship- I really do think you’re my favourite pub in SE London. The rare roast beef melted in the mouth and the whole plate was tasty and delivered hot to our table by friendly attentive staff.

The restaurant greeted us warmly with friendly service. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There was also a great variety of wines to choose from.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. It was one of the best pub roasts I have had in a while.
