I got the crawfish etouffee. Now, let me start by saying this is NOT cheap to make. So I didn’t mind the $12 price point. The flavor was okay, but it could have done with just a BIT more seasoning. It was inconsistent. Sometimes bland tasting, sometimes a hint of spice. My waitress, Brooklyn, was a JEWEL! She's a complete sweetheart! The food was okay. I ordered shrimp and grits. They were wayyyy too salty and I sent them back and got chicken and sausage gumbo. I should say chicken gumbo because there was no sausage. There wasn't enough rice but it that's okay. My kids enjoyed their fish and shrimp baskets. Hubby enjoyed his seafood platter and lobster bisque.
I’m not sure which Lost Cajun some of the commenters visited but it wasn’t the same one my wife and I did. Everything was absolutely amazing. The catoufe, boudin balls and shrimp and grits we had were astounding. The staff was super friendly and timely. We also had beignets that were delicious. My only complaint was that I couldn’t eat every thing on the menu! We will definitely be back!!
The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. The flavors are fantastic, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service from the staff was excellent. It's a wonderful little spot!

Have had much better authentic Cajun food as for taste. But I frequently eat at these places a lot. Quality was good but spice's was on the light side. Shrimp Po boy especially.
The plates were dirty, and there was no meat in the red beans and rice! The flavor was quite bland, as if they had merely scraped the leftovers from the bottom of the pot.
Delicious food! I would definitely come back, but please don't serve me the suggestion plate again—it was not enjoyable at all.
Cat toufee was amazing as was the shrimp and grits. Boudin balls and Lobster bisque were super tasty

Waitress is slow and awkward. And food was over cooked. Really upset that we got our hopes up.
Love the menu choices and tasting dishes to try before ordering.
