We stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice—just a short 6-minute drive from the interstate. The service was exceptional; our server was incredibly attentive! We both ordered the lunch special: I had the half po-boy with a side of gumbo, and he opted for the same po-boy with jambalaya on the side. The po-boys were generously filled with fried shrimp. Although the shrimp were a little tough and the breading could have been crispier, they were still quite tasty. Both the jambalaya and gumbo could have used a bit more seasoning, but they were enjoyable nonetheless. We finished our meal in about 20 minutes, which was perfect for our schedule. Ove...

The restaurant is no longer named Lost Cajun, but it now offers a range of po'boys in addition to a limited dinner menu. We opted for the hamburger steak, rice and gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, and onion rings. Everything was delicious and there was enough food to satisfy two people.

If you have any fish allergies, it's best to avoid this place! It seems that all the food is fried in the same oil. Additionally, despite claims about spice levels, everything is quite spicy. And a heads up: their King Cake is NOT worth the $25 price tag—plus, there's no baby in it!

I found the crawfish to be disappointing, with the corn and potatoes not much better. The sausage was decent but nothing to write home about. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $3.00 three days later, which feels like a scam. Reserva una mesa ahora

I drove from Jackson to Byram only to find an empty lot where a restaurant used to be! I checked Google and it said they were open until 9 p.m., but that's clearly misleading information because the place seems to be permanently closed.

The food I had this time was not as good as it had been during my previous visits. I felt quite disappointed because I was hoping for the same level of quality I had experienced before.

I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for some overcooked red fish stir fry, and the rice was cold. I’m very disappointed with my experience in Byram, MS.

The gumbo and catfish were excellent, but once you venture away from that area, the food quality declines. I wouldn’t recommend the onion rings. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service here is excellent, but unfortunately, the food consistently misses the mark. I’d recommend heading to McDonald's instead.
