Update 11/28: Been there a few more times. The service was not consistent. I don't recommend ordering food in the theater. You might not get it until the movie is about to be over. The seats are not cleaned after eat showing. You may have to clean themess yourself. Disappointed that the experience is not improving. I have purchased some vouchers and never received them. Zero stars if I could!!! This place is a joke. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen. i simply ordered popcorn, soda and candy for a grand total of $83. The cost is whatever but at least give me what I ordered. I asked for a manager and theybring out the restaurant manager who gives no help and simply walks away asking what theater I’m in. The actual theatermanager would never come. Each person I spoke to had severe attitude. No thanks! I’ll go elsewhere……you lost a loyalcustomer over extremely poor customer service. Mistakes happen, it’s how you handle it!
I love the coziness of the theater and it is usually very clean which is nice. They have a good menu selection and staff seemed to have improved a lot over the last few months, with service being quicker and them actually remembering/bringing the fullorder. The loss of one star is due to mediocre food at high prices Even the drinks are not that great but priced pretty highfor what you get. Also, sometimes the online booking system is faulty when trying to purchase tickets online. Otherwise I dolove coming to this theater

The restaurant is open to the outside so that it is quite cold in the evening. The burger was right, the frits not very crispy or warm. The pasta sauce was not good, the whole dish is not worthy of the price. The service was normal. We're not coming back to dinner.

Our Mother's Day Brunch experience was excellent. They had our reservation and we were seated immediately. Drink service was prompt and the servers were very attentive. I would highly recommend The Lot City Center for dining, drinks and possibly even a movie.
Good environment, good music and good food. The service has to be improved because my order was lost and I had to re-order my food again. The bill included some items we have already paid online (cover fee for the DJ).

Pricey, but good seats. Stadium style, recliners with a table the swings out. We didn't get any food, but the people next to us did. The servers were very quiet and quick.
the service was very slow considering how empty the restaurant was, the eating was sub par for the cost of the meal.
