The Lounge At Masselow's

Service was very spotty at best. Drinks took an excessive amount of time and the server rarely checked in during our dining experience. Shrimp cocktail as appetizer was very disappointing. 7 small shrimp-probably 18-24/lb size. Not what I expected for $18. They should be jumbo size. Wanted a glass of wine with my meal but the server was nowhere to be found to order. Both my wife and I had filet mignon which were both excellent and cooked perfectly but should be for $62 plus a topping for my wife $4) and Oscar style on mine $20 upcharge). Asparagus as vegetable was way over cooked. Masslows automatically adds a 20% service charge to all checks but the bill has the standard “add 20, 22 or 25%”...

My food was exactly what I expected from the descriptions on the menu and everything was cooked to perfection. I had the fillet with risotto and a chocolate moose that was absolutely fabulous. I have eaten here about a half dozen times and every time I have been satisfied with both the meal and the service

This is our second time and it was a wonderful treat! The service is excellent and the food is amazingly good. This time we stayed true to the steak experience and also branched out to include seafood and more appetizers. Nothing disappointed. It was all cooked perfectly.

Service was excellent. Ambiance was not what we expected, loud, open area, elevated cafeteria dining. Maple Old Fashioned was delicious! Our steaks were prepared well, however really overpriced. I would recommend Churchill's or Spencer's for quality and price point. Reserva una mesa ahora

Me and my wife sat at a table to get a drink and dinner no one in the lounge two people at the bar 2 waiters just waking around never came to our table the bar tender came over and brought us menus sat there another 20 to 30 min no service finally got up and left.

Came for Christmas breakfast. It was very prompt and courteous service. Overall atmosphere was great. Tables were the perfect distance apart so you didn't feel like you were on top of strangers while eating. Our server Andrew was fantastic. Amazing service.

Have been having breakfast on Christmas morning for many years. Was disappointed they didn't offer their special menu for Christmas. Don't get me wrong food off regular menu was tasty, just always enjoyed their special different menus on Christmas.

Food was way over priced and salty. Staff was amazing. I hope for the way out food prices, they get paid well. I will not go back or tell people it was good. I'm not sure what happened but I use to love the food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Dinner for small family gathering and the food was good but need room area for handicapped guests. Steak was cooked to well. Eggs was ru my when requested over medium. Overall, it was a good breakfast and dinner.

The set menu for Christmas Eve was perfect portions. My party left full and satisfied. Corey and his assistant were on top of it all! Was our first time at Masselow's and it was a great experience.
