The Lovat Brasserie

there is no way that this is not a cheap restaurant and some could get the cost at 60 pfund for the three cursor menu and 85 pfund for the 5 course menu, but as most of the dinge in living they get what they pay, well the most of the time. the restaurant station rd offers on pretty good any level. starting with the staff, and I mean all of them went out of the friendly service to give first class service. we have here in both nights the rehearsal of both menus and must say that the standard of quality presentation of this innovative kitchen was absolutely first class and deserves a Michelin board rating the least. we loved our visit and recommend the station rd.

What an elegant surprise in Ft. Augustus. Our 7 course dinner of locally sourced ingredients was beautifully presented and delicious. The decor was lovely and comfortable making the 3 hour meal fly by. We matched the meal with a British Wine Pairing and were delighted with the quality of the lovely offerings. It was a perfect evening and worth the splurge.

The combination of flavors in each tasting was creative and elegant, yet there was something of a basic core genuineness about it. It wasn't overly fussy. And the staff was just so warm and welcoming, not pretentious. It made our last evening a special event.

We had a wonder time at Station Road at the Lovat. The food and service were amazing, all the staff was top notch but especially Tiff. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable everything we had questions about. We highly recommend Station Road!

my wife and I had the taste menu, that was nothing but extraordinary. added to the foods, the personal and general atmosphere were brilliant.
