Awful experience. Understandably COVID precautions have to be taken and that affects things (and I’m always happy to take account of that). But this place was bafflingly inefficient. Staff everywhere (must have been 15 20 of them mostly cleaning tables over and over) but took about...40 mins to get some food. For some reason there is a bar tender who literally stands looking into space until one of her colleagues comes with an order, at which point she puts coke in a glass and hands it to them. Bizarre. This restaurant features an ongoing western show with puppets. It’s really cute. Food is ok, counter service quality. Service is awful as it is in most of Disneyland Paris. Cast members just don’t care and don’t seem very happy to be there. Sharp contrast to...WDW and Tokyo Disneyland. Management also doesn’t seem to care much. Saw a manager break a glass on the floor and put chairs around it until someone came out ten minutes later to sweep it up. The cash register area is a painted wood stand with all the paint worn off. Does it cost that much to paint? Just a real lack of empathy in this park overall.

a place where we were officially exposed to racism on our family-disneyland tour. the person whose name we took as moufok was very rude to us. if they do not want tourist to come, they can write at the entrance of the door. Although the responsible chief who later spoke to me was apologised, I do not accept it. I was beaten and not eaten with my children. it was almost the first time that I encountered such a situation on my trip to the country. the place is very beautiful and fascinating, but the service

We visited on a very busy Friday evening with a group of 38! We were quickly seen to and accommodated very well, the team were super friendly and catered for different needs. The food came quickly and efficiently especially being a large order. The food...was hot and very tasty. despite the very friendly service, disney has it very nice to us for plastic food to fleece. it was disgusting. 22€ for a burger who blows to a cheap McDonald’s. it is a weeping shame to do this to the customers who come to a park, where no less than 13 attractions for the maintenance are closed. someone has to be fired. how do you seriously?

Such a great place to eat. The theming of this restaurant was perfect with actors and entertainment performing on stage as we at our food. Food was yummy and service was friendly and quick.

the waitress made our order wrong and gave us ripening and koks zero and was rude and eating was very too expensive

This is a good place to stop in with kids to see a stage show with some puppetry. They also have really great food!
