Attempted to celebrate my 25th birthday last Friday night. Booked reservations a week in advance. They were booked at the wrong location had harbour house call me back and tell me that they’ve arranged for the reservations to be at the proper location as the owner owns all of them. Reservations were booked for Friday at 7 PM, we arrive at 7:15 where we are told by employees that the location does not even open till 8. They had a week to let me know that the location wasn’t open and nobody decided to contact me. So I said fine we decided to grab drinks and then come back for 8 PM when they open. I wanted to try a Windsor-style pizza (since I'm from Detroit) before heading to the Diana Ross concert. When we arrived at 5:00pm, we were the only customers there, which made us a bit skeptical. However, the manager was very welcoming, our server was wonderful, and the pizzas were delicious. We ordered 2 Windsor pizzas, 2 Margherita pizzas, 1 meat lovers pizza, and 1 garlic bread. The six of us devoured everything because it was that good! The beer and wine selection was also great. I would definitely come back just for that amazingly delicious garlic bread!

I was very confused about the restaurant's operating hours. We attempted to reach out all day to confirm if they were open that night, but the information on their website, Google, and Facebook varied. When we arrived at 6:30pm, the sign on the door stated that they were open until 2am on Fridays, but all the lights were off and the doors were locked. This was a disappointing experience for our first visit to The Chelsea.

I really love this pizza I just wish they're cooking instructions would tell me how many minutes to cook it for I don't have a thermometer to know what the temperature of the pizza is to know when it's ready? simple easy instructions for those of us more challenged in the kitchen ? The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The pool table was in great condition and the beers were cold. I would recommend this place for a more low-key and relaxed atmosphere.

Always a favorite when we are in Windsor. Menu has shrunk since our last trip but still glad to be back at The Manchester.
