TRACY the owner was VERY RUDE. We always go here for many years now because the food is amazing , The chef and Courtney and other waiting staff are very nice BUT won't come back ever because of Tracy. First time my daughter cried in years, but TRACY immediately came to us and wanted us out, she said can't have my baby crying whilst people are trying to eat. She had seen me trying my best to pacify my baby. My baby cried more because a baby came in crying but she didn't approach the other family just us. Don't recommend this restaurant. I will only come back when there's a new management. Can't wait for a new owner

visited the manor with friends and had a fantastic meal in the did I would say best meal that I had for a long time somewhere. the coworkers are very nice and helpful as I am gluten-free and you know about what I could and could not and why was excellent. that immediately calmed me and we all had a fantastic evening, thank you

Superb venue, beautiful views of the Conwy Valley and river, attentive staff, and food top rated by anyone who has dined here...always make a return visit, if not we just go to their sister venue Toad Hall premises (Rhos-on-Sea/Colwyn Bay) as service food is of the same standard,,,very highly recommended

Had a peaceful meal with my husband. No chaos or noise. The food and service were excellent, and we enjoyed the beautiful views during the summer. Food and service both received a rating of 5, while the atmosphere was rated 4. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good quality food well cooked and served promptly. What more could you ask for? Well, you could ask for the toffee waffle with ice cream. Enough calories for a fortnight
