The Mariner - Reservar una mesa

Another night another pub this time our choice was The Mariner in Kippford. Seat in the garden overlooking the water and enjoying the evening sun, food and drinks ordered and quick game of cards with the girls before our food arrived and despite it being really busy not long to wait. This dog friendly pub have lovely food which tasted fantastic all made from fresh produce and even the puddings went down a storm. Everything was tasty and plentiful portion sizes and reasonable priced and well worth the visit.

We stopped here for a drink on Friday. The pub inside is stunning with a nod to fishermen etc .the beer was cheaper than anywhere I've been in years .Best cider I've tasted food looked great bar staff outstanding the atmosphere superb all different ages .from the outside you'd never think hpw good it is when you walk in best pub in kipford by a mile

Lovely friendly pub restaurant with great beer garden and play area for kids . Our food was lovely, hot, fresh , great choice of dishes, good and friendly service . Stunning views just across the road .Best to book as it gets busy .

Really warm and friendly welcome for two tired walkers. Good home-cooked food, well-presented and very tasty. Nothing pretentious. Empty plates all round.

We ate here 3 times last week while staying in Kippford. And as last year, the food and service were excellent. What more could you want?
