It seems that the business model has shifted since Covid. They don't operate on weekends, which limits my options for when I can visit. You place your order at the counter, pay, and even tip while standing, and they bring your order out when it's ready. However, there's no one checking in on you to see if you need anything, leaving me confused about the purpose of the gratuity if not for personal table service. Additionally, you're now served on paper plates or flimsy cardboard, and the plastic utensils are incredibly cheap. I assume that patrons are expected to clean up after themselves, as there’s a large trash can by the exit. It feels like the tip is primarily for the owner to justify no...
