this was one of our regular places where we made the hike over the mountain a few times a year to lunch in the marsh tavern. service was excellent, eating was good and the entire atmosphere was very refined and comfortable. but something happened and the menu changed, and frankly, its just not as attractive as it was earlier. it may have been the pandemic, or it could have been a new cook, or it could have been a management decision to reduce costs, but whatever it was, the marsh tavern has lost its appeal.
The food was mediocre and overpriced. The Kale salad was very good, but the kale should have been broken into smaller pieces. Our entrees were served cold, especially the mashed potato with the meatloaf and the chicken pot pie, which was flavorful, but the temperature ruined it. And, to top it off, I returned the first one which was cold and the replacement came out just as cold! Very disappointing for the $100 bill! Two nights later we ate a much more delicious meal locally for 1/2 the price!!
a month or so after I was there for lunch and my statement of charge with reference to iti said to my man - was not the equinox mediocrity? he said “horrible”. incredibly disappointing and it is not worth it. I've heard about the equinox for years. the dining room. I asked for a piece of bread to go with an salad and got a hamburgerbunker. really bad lunch. it is an old hotel in the city for vermont). not a charming but a shopping outfit ski city
great food, but pretended to double charge. Moreover, there is a hidden historical preservation fee that they say on their bill without. also my party sat on 2 separate tables, but they still held us a big party and grabbed a service fee without warning. casual lunch was an incredibly expensive suggestion.

we had our Christmas dinner here, the only place that requires no reservation and is available to christmas. beautiful location in elegant equinox hotel. I had my best burger here and the fantastic tiramisu!
So disappointed the food and quality was not good overpriced . Wine prices way to high has totally gone down hill loosing its charm
Great Meatloaf the soups were also very good. highly recommend the Shepard's pie Chris our server was a true professional
Amazing meal in the gorgeous Equinox hotel after a long day of skiing. If you’re in Manchester it’s a must!
