The Meat Co - Reserva de mesa

Went to Meat Co for my anniversary. There was a hair in my steak. I'm not so much annoyed about this but was more frustrated at the attitude from the Manager. Firstly, she denied that there was a hair making me feel as if I was lying about it. Secondly, they expected my boyfriend to eat his food whilst i watched him for 30 minutes whilst a new steak was cooked. Had to keep pushing for our food to come together, rolled her eyes took all the food and brought back the food altogether. Bad experience on this occasion but have previously had a good experience at this restaurant.

Initially, we were seated and given menus, but there was no drinks menu. Despite this, the staff assumed we knew what to order. We opted for wings, which were overcooked, but the shrimp was tasty. Next, we ordered the spits, which were placed on our table and then we were left to fend for ourselves. When we attempted to cut it, another waiter intervened, mentioning that other staff would have taken care of it. The service was lacking, especially from the Asian waiter with glasses. The spits were delicious, but we have had better service at more affordable establishments.

The food at this restaurant was great. I enjoyed the oxtail and mashed potatoes, which were delicious, while my friend had a rib burger, which was also well-cooked and nicely presented. I would definitely return to this restaurant, although I would appreciate it if the waitstaff would allow me to finish placing my order before rushing off.

The restaurant is very noisy, the food is delicious and served quickly, but the service is not very friendly. We felt rushed and the atmosphere was not very relaxing. However, it is a good option for large groups. Reserva una mesa ahora

Second visit. Food was great as always. Service was abit of a let down. Long waits for waiting staff despite not being busy. Waiting staff did not come across as very friendly or enthusiastic.

Very overpriced for the quality of steak. Also not keen on the glaze they put on all the steaks. Had I been told about the glaze I would have asked to have my steak without it.

Food was delicious. Something for everyone ! The only downfall was the waiting time. Took too long both good and dessert. Not practical with children who are hungry and tired.
