Wow! What an amazing first tine experience! Having been a server when I was younger (my husband as well), we rarely say that servers have done an outstanding job. But Richard DID! He was outstanding! We were very impressed with him, his knowledge, and his service. He was personable and a pleasure as a server. Everyone knows that the food can be amazing but the service can ruin it. He just made it that much better. On to the food... it was so good! It did not let down. We have heard great things about this restaurant and just haven't gone. It was very worth it! We both had a 4 course meal and it was an experience like no other. I loved that we got to cook the meats. It made for a great fondue...
Went to the Ladies Night Out experience and had a wonderful time. Customer service was professional and kind..from making the reservations to walking out the door happy and satisfied. Food, cocktails and coffee was on point and delicious. Our server Eli ..was excellent and the owner greeted us during our meal and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I'll be back!
Hands down the best staff and best managed Melting Pot I have experienced. They remember and care who their patrons are. There are so many loving memories shared here with my fiancé before he passed away, and coming back here a year later reminded me of how every time we came here, it was always an amazing experience. Thank you
We went for ladies night out and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. everything was top notch we enjoyed the cheese fondue the tasting menu with the different protein choices to the decadent dessert at the end. A great time, great staff-Amelia was great as our waitress. Definitely will be returning hopefully soon.

We had a great time!! Our kids really enjoyed dipping but especially cooking their own chicken, shrimp steak. The service was great and Shane our server was very helpful accommodating to our children!! I loved the California Salad, Wisconsin Trio Cheese and oh me the Chocolate Turtle Fondue!
Danielle, our server, was excellent, especially with the two in our party not familiar with the Melting Pot concept. We had the 'endless fondue ' special and all the courses and selections were delicious. The meal was perfectly paced and dessert topped off a superb experience.
Tho it is an expensive dinner , it is well worth every penny. The food is amazing and the service is on point. They don't bother you too much but they don't ignore you either. The perfect in between to give you that feeling of still having a personal dinner with your guest.
Always a great experience... food is always good and plenty of it. Is it a lil pricey, why yes; yes it is, but you get what you pay for. Great food, great staff, and always a wonderful experience with family and friends.
