Always a great experience here! Excellent service, staff and food. It doesn't have to be that expensive either they run a lot of specials throughout the year. Definitely sign up for Club Fondue, it's so worth it. Yes you cook your own food if you're doing entree but that's the fun part! All of the yummy cheeses are made for you, salads and chocolate too. The spinach artichoke cheese is my favorite and if you choose the four course experience I highly recommend trying the wine flights. My husband loves that they have a ton of craft beer here The melting pot is completely different from all other restaurants and that's what I love about it Perfect for any occasion
I went there for a date night using their Living Social Deal which was a preset menu that included appetizer, main course, and dessert. The staff was amazing. Our waitress was Nicole who was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Even the Manager intoduced herself to us. I will say for 30/p.p. I do think you should get a little more protein with the meal. We were given 3 pieces of shrimp, 3 strips of steak, and 3 chicken strips each. I mean a whole pack of those meats wouldn't cost that much lol. But overall it was a great experience. We had a really good time.
My boyfriend took us to this restaurant for our anniversary, and it was simply perfect. He called ahead to arrange something special for us, and when we arrived, we found a private booth decorated with candles and rose petals, along with a handwritten card from the owners. The food was delicious, the drinks were both flavorful and beautifully presented, and the service was exceptional. Overall, the experience was truly wonderful. Thank you for making our night so special!
The atmosphere is very laid-back, making it a pleasure to unwind with a lovely glass of wine while savoring some delicious food. The seating is cozy for couples, with tables that are well-spaced, making it ideal for a date night. Even the kids enjoy this place! My 7-year-old niece and my 11-year-old son always look forward to coming here, especially for the cheese and chocolate fondue. It's genuinely a fun experience!

My wife and I have been coming to the Melting Pot for many years. This is not a cheap place, not by far, but the experience, quality of food and the service is great. Place is very accommodating and also has gluten free items which is definitely a plus for me. I will definitely continue to come here in the future. For the new goers expect to spend 2-4 hours dining here and make sure your pockets are ready.
