The Melting Pot

We felt very rushed and to spend $380 for a Mother's Day celebration I'd never recommend anyone dine at the Melting Pot. The service has gone down hill. We've dined there plenty of times in the past and never had such a poor outing ant your restaurant. It's a shame how all they seem to care about is making money over giving patrons a great dining experience! For this I'd have a tough time recommending the Melting Pot.

I liked the former location of the Melting Pot in King of Prussia. It seemed more cozy and private in the booths. I think they also provided more vegetables with the meat/seafood part of the meal. Similarly, I think they provided more of a variety of treats to dip into the dessert fondue. I always really enjoyed myself at the former location. I've been to the new location twice and have been disappointed both times.

Me and my gf had a much needed ladies night out and our waitress Jess made it even better! I will definitely make sure I ask for her next time ! She was so much fun!! The manager was also great too! She also came around to check on us and ensure the drinks were good!

Eddie was absolutely amazing. He gave great recommendations and his street corn was FIRE ?. I dined by myself but he still was able to provide great service and made sure I had a fantastic meal.

Absolutely delicious. Our waiter, John, was amazing, very friendly and quick to respond. Love this place.
