How can the management not know their server, Nick, is grossly inadequate, unprofessional, and lacks the basic skills to qualify for a position at the local Burger King? My husband and I have come to melting pot at least twice a year for 17 yrs, we even had our rehearsal dinner there 16yrs ago. We genuinely have loved this restaurant, BUT our last couple visits have been less than stellar. The restaurant itself needs a lot of work, it’s looking run down and sad! The bathrooms were dirty. Damaged booths. The floors were dirty. When you’re spending $100-200 for a dinner for 2 people (depending on drinks), the environment should feel elevated, which sadly the Columbus Ohio location just isn’t anymore.
We’ve gone to several Melting Pots over the years in different cities, but this one was the cleanest and friendliest so far. Despite the added stress of the holidays, everyone brought their A game and had a great attitude of service. If you like my review, please give me a thumbs up, as it helps to build my credibility. Thank you.
We went here for a birthday dinner. Ambiance was nice and the experience was fun, but DON’T get the charcuterie board (see picture). It was $13 for a few crackers, cut up salami, and chorizo. Also, we only got cheese fondue, salads, and chocolate fondue (no drinks), and it was still over $50pp.

This was my son's pick for his birthday dinner. The experience was really fun. Food was ok. Service was pretty good but at an almost $400 bill for 3 people, we won't dine here very often.
