First, the food is not disappointed. But my friend and I leave our review to present our excellent service. Amir, we owe you an incredible evening. Started a little damp with spilled drinks. Most people would have been upset, but it happens with the best of us and we have just made the best of it! He was personal, made excellent conversations with us and created a personal experience. We talked world cultures, families, secrets to excellent homemade fondue, and much more. It was really the best culinary experience, so thank you and hopefully we cross paths again!
Perfect spot to celebrate a sweet new year with friends! Loved the 10 for 10 promotion numerous choice of cheese and/or chocolate fondue, all priced at $10 for two people. Together with individual salads, gave us delicious and filling meals at a very reasonable price point! (And a very helpful server who was able to bring us refills on dipping veggies and pound cake who knew that unlimited dippers were part of the bargain?!
This was a first time for me and my whole family we celebrated 12 years of marriage. We had the 4 course meal and also upgraded my two children. Wow, what an experience for everyone. My waiter was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thanks for making my night an explosion.
Omg !!! Just got home an hour ago from our 30th wedding anniversary dinner. The food was fabulous. We had a cozy private booth. Service outstanding. Complimentary bottle of decent Champagne, roses, balloons and Anniversary cheesecake platter. Max was knowledgeable. Alyssa went above and beyond. WILL BE BACK!

Had dinner last night with another couple. We have eaten many times in the crucible, but last night was the absolute best time we ever had. The food was great as usual, but our waiter, Max, was AMAZING. He was creepy. It was like dinner and a comedy show. I'll ask him the next time.
For the past three years, my husband and I have celebrated our anniversary at this fantastic restaurant. Each visit has been a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is not too picky about their food and is looking for a fun atmosphere with great cuisine.
The atmosphere was intimate, and the menu choices were flawless. Every dish we tried, from the salads to the lobster tail to the dark chocolate with Baileys, was absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend dining at The Melting Pot to a friend.
We love to come to women's evening when I get the email, we are excited and book our reservation. Yesterday Max was our server and he was the absolute best we ever had. Friendly, helpful and attentive.
