My family and I have dined with the Melting Pot for some time, unfortunately this experience was much less than previous experiences we have had. We did not appreciate the smaller menu. I understand during the pandemic things have changed a bit, however options we had looked forward two are not available (Specifically desert options) We felt the price at per person was a bit steep for what was provided. Beverage choices for non alcoholic was short, and when we chose tea with Splenda on the side the only sweetener option was sugar. We go every year with our children for our wedding anniversary. This year we went and the menu was so cut down it was one page printed on computer paper. Your only option was a course meal for for There were only cheese options, cooking types, meat options, and one of milk chocolate or a white chocolate option. Service was wonderful as always but we did not stay to eat as the very few choices did not meet our expectations and certainly did not provide us the experience we have come to love at the melting pot
Hadn't been to the Melting Pot for a few years but we got a coupon, and they're running a special for courses, for a couple. We had a very private area and so felt very safe. Waiter was masked and provided wonderful service. All the items were delicious and so plentiful, we couldn't finish it all. Highly recommended. You do need reservations
The place has gone down hill since we last went years ago. Waitress was very nice, prompt, and service overall was good. But little things like making the fondue at the table, lack of receipt folder, sour tea, and no mints at the end were small things that just seemed to make it just another restaurant, especially for the price

Very fun experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. We didn't care for the cheese we first got, but the staff had no problem trading it out for us. The dessert was amazing!!! I will definitely go back
Everything was fantastic! It was so incredibly delicious and an overwhelming amount of food, but we ate every bit. By signing up fir the rewards account we got free chocolate covered strawberries
I don’t like having a set menu they took things away I liked and I think it’s over priced for what you get. Otherwise it’s a good time and out waiter was pretty good
We haven’t been out to the melting pot since pre COVID. This experience was amazing. Food was great, service was great
