The Melting Pot Castleton

Our waitess was phenomenal!!! Sadly it was her last day working there but I 'm so glad we had her. She was very personable and gave excellent recommendations. As for the food, I felt it was seasoned a bit too much, lots of pepper...but overall really good. I appreciated the food timer as well. The ambiance was ok but I wish it was a bit more private. I have been at The Melting Pot before and it was quiet, private booths, but this was a bit more public. Overall I would give this location and our experience an 8/10. The issues were not that serious, just my preferences. Recommendations: Wisconsin cheddar cheese fondue Smores fondue

We went to this restaurant for the first time with a group of 9 people. Our server, Anthony, made the experience truly wonderful! We had lots of laughs and the food was fantastic. The Caesar salad was outstanding. A tip for you - make sure to try their garlic wine seasoning. You won't be disappointed.

Our server, Chris, was wonderful! He made us feel so welcome. He was very attentive but not overbearing. We were there for my wife’s birthday and Chris made her feel very special on her day. Management really needs to know how great he was and if anyone goes definitely ask for his section!

This was our first time dining as a family at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! Our 7-year-old wanted to return the next day because they loved the chocolate the most. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We arrived ahead of our reservation time and the hostess was incredibly rude to my wife for arriving early. This negatively affected our dining experience.
