Ordered the upgrade for the table that included rose petals with a candlelit dinner for my fiancé birthday. which when we got to the restaurant they ended up not having it set up for us. The food was good just takes awhile over all it was a 2 and a half hour experience but during that whole time our waitress never came to check up on us, to refill any of our drinks at all. We saw her only when she changed our courses that was all. When she did come to change the courses and we asked for refills she said okay no problem and never to be seen again to the next course I had to ask another waitress to get drinks for us as we waited 20 minutes after asking for the refills.
I had a fantastic dining experience at the Melting Pot. The Alpine cheese fondue was absolutely delicious, and I overindulged to the point of feeling like I was going to burst! Next, I enjoyed a tasty salad followed by the rich dark chocolate fondue for dessert. As a traditionalist, I prefer just the dark chocolate fondue, and it did not disappoint. Overall, a delightful meal at the Melting Pot.
Best experience to date. Grace made the most perfect fondues. We had to order another cheese and we devoured both! True top-notch service!! Attentive, but not incessant. Friendly and efficient. With all the disappointing menu changes, Grace really saved the day
Our waitress was Grace and she was very wonderful…we were celebrating a birthday and she was very helpful and artistic making it even better! Thank you for having such a great worker!
