The experience at the Melting Pot was excellent. My girlfriend enjoyed the cozy table seating and the first and last courses of the four-course meal. Personally, I found the first and fourth courses to be especially delicious. I would have given a full five-star rating, but we had some issues with our reservation. Despite arriving fifteen minutes early, our table was not ready. After our scheduled time, we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes before being seated because we were told we couldn't be seated until we closed our tab at the bar. Clearly not aimed at a date night experience even on a Sunday night. The experience was like that of a “fancy” Chuck-e-Cheese with how many kids there were. Needless to say it was quite loud. There was no music in the dining area so we heard every word of the other tables conversations. The cheese and dessert course were our favorites. The meat course left a lot to be desired. While there were a great variety of meats you were basically boiling your meat and dunking it in subpar sauces. If you want to cook your own food in a restaurant setting opt for Korean Barbecue. It’s way more satisfying.
One of the two burners at our table was not working, so one of the cheeses we ordered did not melt and it took a long time to cook our meat on that side. Our server did not acknowledge that we never received the cheese we ordered, but it was still on the bill. We were too exhausted to dispute it, but we were definitely dissatisfied with the service this time.
Jalen was a great waiter! Checked on us often redeemed my strawberries I received via email! The manager/owner was very kind also, she remembered what I put in my special request regarding being there for the firat time for my 11th year anniversary. Wonderful business the serving size taste of all the courses was superb WILL RETURN!

I went to The Melting Pot to celebrate my friend's birthday. Our server, Brian, was fantastic - personable and professional. The food was delicious and we received a generous portion for the price.
We did the before the show package after a matinee at the fox. Our service was phenomenal! My friend is gluten free, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of!
We had a great experience. Jennifer, the manager, was extremely helpful and so kind.
The melting pot has always been one of our favorite valentines spots.
