The Melting Pot Westwood

My daughter was home from college and it is her favorite place, so we went even though there was no occasion and it was a weeknight. The food was really good, as usual. There were a couple of interesting issues. We arrived 5 minutes early and they asked us to wait to be seated until our reservation time, even though the restaurant was not busy. They brought us our salad at the same time as the cheese, which was weird and has never happened before. My daughter ordered mushroom ravioli but got cheese. We had to flag someone down to ask for more water. They seem to be cutting back on what is included for dipping, especially with the cheese and chocolate course. There was still more than enough...

Experience was great! They accommodated our 2 pot table request! They acknowledged we were there celebrating our twin boys’ straight A’s! The waiter, Max, was responsive to our requests for extra pretzel bread and there the extra dessert dippers the boys like too! Max was available and responsive!

For the cost it was not worth what that menu was. for 200 bucks you would think that u get enough to feed two people but the “valentine’s day menu” barley gave enough to feed a person. only thing enjoyable was the final fondue pot but for 200 dollars il never be comming back

We arrived at 6:57 for our 7:00 reservation. The restaurant was pretty quiet. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our table, which I found odd because of how empty it was. However the food and service was great. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have always adored this restaurant and have been a loyal customer for around 15 years. It saddens me greatly to hear that this particular location will be closing in June. I will definitely miss it!

Had a fantastic dining experience with friends celebrating an anniversary. When we walked in, we were delighted to see their name displayed on the TV. Will definitely miss this place.

I go there with my family at least once or twice a month because it offers so much for even the most discerning palate. The waitstaff is excellent and we always have memorable times.

our waiter did not give us the deal we asked and ended more money, but everything else than that was pretty good

We really enjoy dining at The Melting Pot. It's unfortunate that it's closing down.
