Although I have not physically dined at the restaurant, I have enjoyed their breakfasts on multiple occasions. Yesterday, I decided to try "The Merchant Steak," but found it to be tough. I had requested the peppered sauce to be served on the side, but it was poured over my chips, which I did not appreciate. Additionally, I ordered a side of sausages, but they were not included in my delivery. Despite requesting my food to be delivered by 3:15pm as the restaurant closes at 4pm, I am still waiting for the missing sausages.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. I ordered the fried noodles with chicken, which came in a huge portion and was served with a spicy chili dip. The service was friendly and excellent. It seems like not many people know about this place, but I highly recommend giving it a try. It cost £19 for the four of us, which is a great deal. My only complaint is that the restaurant is only open during the day.
I went to this restaurant with two friends for lunch and we decided to sit upstairs. It was one of the coldest days of the year and there was no heat at all, so we couldn't even take off our coats. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Sadly, there was nothing that would make us want to come back.
Called in for tea this evening. In 15 minutes we were passed by staff on several occasions, not once were we acknowledged. Place was not busy. Even if someone had approached table and said our order would be taken shortly, but no,staff completly oblivious to customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Found this restaurant on Monday and decided to have lunch. It was very good. Mum had the burger and chips and I went for the warm goats salad. Then we shared. The dressing on the salad was lovely. Everything about the meal was tasty. We will be back .
Never knew it was here. Friendly lady server. I just took carrot soup and crusty roll. A bit thin but tasty and healthy. This place is chinese owned and is part of a shop,but has a separate entrance. Reasonable prices. I will call again.
Great service, Just a pity the food was not up to standard, Chips were so salty could not be eaten, left with a lot of food to bring home for my dogs, almost £100 will not be back
