Visited the new Poco location on a quiet Tuesday night dined in. Fish tacos were great with big pieces of fish and a nice helping of pickled veggies on top. Enchiladas were ok not spectacular. Instead of one or two large tortillas it was four smaller tortillas filled with meat. Roja sauce was a little tame so may try verde or mole next time. I will skip the guacamole next time not a lot of flavour here, definitely missing some acid and seasonings in my opinion. Fresh salsa was much better and came with the tacos. Not a lot of Mexican choices in poco i admit but as overall it's good value, I'll be back

Very small restaurant -only seats about 15 people. My husband had the wet tacos and they were indeed WET. The portion was fairly small so did not fill him up. He said he would rather have had my artisan burrito and after tasting his dish I would agree. However I was not impressed with my meal either. I chose braised beef (as per the description on the menu) and was expecting shredded meat but instead got ground beef and most of the filling was rice. Not very flavourful either and the only heat came from the hot sauce I requested on the side. Loved the raspberry dressing on the salad.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! As a Mexican, I can confirm that it is authentic. I tried the enchiladas with cochinita and green salsa and they were delicious! The prices are reasonable for the generous portions and high quality. The service was fantastic during my visit, despite some negative reviews I had read. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning soon. I will also be recommending this place to all my friends and family. And make sure to try the churros too!

As a lover of authentic Mexican food, I was eagerly anticipating the opening of this restaurant. I visited for lunch on Saturday and while the space is small, they do offer takeout. The beef tinga enchiladas were made with traditional corn tortillas and were served with a delicious mole sauce. The fish tacos were absolutely amazing! Everything is freshly made and the flavors really shine through. The casual decor was nice and the service was good. I will definitely be returning! Reserva una mesa ahora

Went to this restaurant for dinner with the family we had the enchiladas and the quesadillas. The entrees with good healthy sides beans and rice. Overall I was happy with experience. Had a decent amount of people coming in and ordering takeout. The enchiladas that I ordered was the spicy version with mole a sauce and I can taste the Coco in the sauce, which I liked and I would revisit this place again.

This tiny little Mexican restaurant in Port Coquitlam is a hidden gem. Finally popped in here one day with my husband and we were blown away. Food was delicious, fresh and authentic. We've always driven to Vancouver to Las Margaritas, but the Mexican Gourmet was even better and right in our neighbourhood. Portions aren't huge, but they are satisfying.

I looked online for restaurants offering gluten free in Port Coquitlam. This one came up advertising that they can make most of their meals gf. However, their actual menu offers only a few items (all soft tacos). They do have gf flan for dessert, though! Food was tasty; decent sized portions.

I tried this place out when they first opened, I may give them another try however I was not impressed at all. The food was bland, I could not get corn tortillas with my tacos !?There was not even hot sauce on the table. It was not at all comparable to other mexican food I have had locally.
